How do I access these software platforms?Users can access the platforms using any device that has an internet connection. We also have a Cobia, and Gecko Permit app which users can download.

How do you guarantee product quality?At Gecko Software, we have a very strict vetting process. Any new changes to our software platforms are done on our ‘test’ server, this is then thoroughly checked for issues to ensure new services within our software platforms meet the set standard. After this, a deployment to the systems are scheduled, and then re-tested to eliminate any bug issues.

Can I increase the number of users if required?Yes, users have the ability to add multiple users.

How long do I have to wait before the software can be deployed onto my project?Deployment can be carried out straight away, providing we have received a PO.

Can I request changes to the system to better suit my project?Yes, as both of our software platforms are developed in-house, this allows us to have the ability to better customise the system to meet the needs of our clients.
